Job Summary We are seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of longevity in previous roles to support our client's B2B growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketer who can drive results by crafting data-driven campaigns, improving brand presence, and building long-lasting business relationships.
With a primary focus on B2B marketing (75%) and operational support (25%), you will play a key role in driving business success across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy Develop and execute innovative B2B marketing strategies tailored to the client's goals, ensuring they align with industry best practices.Conduct in-depth market research to identify and segment target audiences, ensuring highly targeted and personalized campaigns.Content Creation & Campaign Management Design and manage B2B digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and paid media (e.g., Google Ads).Create professional and engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and website copy to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.Analytics & Optimization Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Insights.Continuously optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).Collaboration & Operations Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.Manage relationships with external B2B partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support seamless campaign execution.Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks, including reporting, vendor coordination, and process improvements.What We're Looking For B2B Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within recruitment, professional services, or software/technology industries.Strategic Thinker: Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, demand generation, and lead nurturing strategies.Platform Proficiency: Proven experience using LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot for campaign creation and management.Content & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality, B2B-specific content that resonates with professional audiences.Analytical Skills: Ability to measure, report, and optimize marketing performance using data insights.Dependability: Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, showcasing commitment and consistent results over time.What You'll Need A reliable computer and stable internet connection.Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.Availability to work UK hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
