Job Summary We are seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to help increase foot traffic, brand presence, and visibility for our client's business in the B2B space. This role requires a creative marketer with a strategic mindset, someone who can craft and execute data-driven campaigns that build meaningful business relationships. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing StrategyDevelop and implement innovative B2B marketing strategies tailored to the client's goals.Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create highly targeted campaigns.Content Creation & Campaign ManagementDesign and execute B2B-focused digital campaigns, including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and paid advertising.Create professional, engaging content to enhance the brand's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.Analytics & OptimizationMonitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.CollaborationCoordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.Manage relationships with B2B partners and vendors to support campaign execution.What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B strategies.Proven expertise in platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling B2B-focused content.Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimizing marketing campaigns.A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.What You'll Need A reliable computer and a stable internet connection.Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite.Availability for interviews, a trial task, and a 12-month commitment.
