About the Role This is an exciting new role at Delta-v.
In this position, you'll develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to craft conversion-focused copy for client outbound campaigns.
This role offers a path for growth into a Campaign Manager position.
This is an opportunity to work with a range of international SaaS and FinTech companies and create compelling messaging that drives conversion.
You'll be responsible for: Campaign Playbook Development Research to understand varied clients and industries ICP & Buyer persona creation (we'll teach you how to run great client workshops to develop these) Outbound campaign messaging development and optimisation Content Marketing Developing and executing Delta-v's internal content strategy, focusing on content such as webinars, podcasts, case studies, blog posts, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.
Increasing quality traffic to the Delta-v website that converts into leads (form fills) Requirements University degree in English, Linguistics or another relevant subject Based in Cape Town, or can easily relocate 2+ years B2B marketing experience, ideally in a tech company Very strong experience writing conversion focussed B2B copy, combined with a good eye for design Experience marketing a high ticket service / product / solution Strong interest in the world of Tech, Startups and SaaS Benefits Macbook 20 days leave per annum Annual discretionary bonus Office weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual social events Opportunities for international travel to conferences e.g.
