Automotive Finance Division in a dealership on the East Rand is looking for an administrative assistantAssist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, invoices, and payments.Support the finance team with daily reconciliations and financial reporting.Assist with the administration of vehicle finance contracts.Maintain accurate financial records and update databases.Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding finance-related queries.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Requirements:Must reside on the East RandPrevious experience in a finance or accounting role, within the motor vehicle industry.Strong organizational and communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Knowledge of motor vehicle finance processes is an advantage.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
