Our team is growing and we're looking for an experienced marketer to oversee our demand gen strategy and campaigns.
This role is strategic, data-driven, and growth-oriented. You'll be the driving force behind building systematic marketing programs that propel customers through our acquisition funnel. Collaboration is key to success in this role: you'll work closely with Marketing Operations, Creative & Comms, in-house and external channel experts, Customer Marketing, and Sales in order to execute. The ideal candidate effortlessly combines strategy with a keen knowledge of digital channels and marketing automation platforms to capture high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:Building an efficient, full-funnel demand generation engine, bespoke to each of our key audience segments.Collaborating with our channel experts to create multi-channel campaigns (email, content, social media, paid advertising, etc.) that generate awareness and capture leads.Crafting highly personalized ABM strategies: identifying key accounts and implementing comprehensive lead-nurture programs.Providing insightful reporting on funnel performance at a regular cadence.Setting annual budgets and targets for our demand generation efforts.Implementing and continuously improving marketing pipeline health.Coordinating cross-functional efforts to launch and optimize campaigns and nurture flows.Continuous experimentation to improve performance, exploring new channels and tactics, and optimizing landing pages.Desired Skills & Experiences:Demand gen: 6+ years experience building and scaling inbound and outbound demand generation strategies, and are comfortable leading both. Includes proven experience generating high-quality leads for B2B organizations.Digitally savvy: Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing channels/platforms (email, content, social media, paid advertising, etc.) and how these are used in the context of demand generation.Analytical: Ability and desire to use data/metrics to make strategic decisions and effectively align marketing efforts with the sales team's goals and objectives. Includes experience setting budgets and targets for demand generation efforts.Detail oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence in execution.Project management: Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently, clearly communicating goals and progress along the way. You take a hands-on approach to getting things done and hold yourself and others accountable.Salary range: $120,000-$170,000 USD - Please note that salary ranges are global, regardless of location, and we pay in local currency.
