Duties & Responsibilities (areas and indicators listed are not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time): Daily set up, and follow up by regular walkabout of all Hotel sports & leisure facilities to ensure consistent service delivery, Oversee member & guest activities displaying excellent customer service skills, Promote all sports & leisure activities and services to maximize revenue opportunities, Daily hiring of equipment charges posted in Concept, Ensure extraordinary customer service delivery and guest satisfaction with the service, facilities and the variety of leisure offerings.
