FCSReporting to the Branch ManagerThe above position is vacant at our Rustenburg Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to assist the Operations Manager within the Cash in Transit division and ensure that Cash in Transit (CIT) operations are conducted according to planned procedures and schedules.Minimum RequirementsClear Criminal recordPSIRA accredited with a minimum Grade C qualificationCash In Transit (CIT) certificateFirearm competency – with a minimum handgun (for business purposes) qualificationComputer literate (compulsory)At least 3 years' experience in security industry or similar role (Advantageous at FSG)CIT management/ supervisory experience is advantageousValid driver's license is an advantageOwn transport is advantageousAble to work under pressurePrepared to work irregular hoursClear disciplinary recordKey Performance Areas (not Totally Inclusive)ATM investigationsMissed loads feedbackDaily update on balancingDaily update on SLA checks - alarm testing etcDaily updates/ follow ups on both SLA breach and canister breachesTracking of shortages per custodiamScheduling of refreshed training for custodianDownloading of all FLM footage and performing spot checksATM equipment checks/reportError feedback on all ATM's (SOL/ SPARK/ Capitec)Timekeeping on all Nedbank and Capitec Dedicated VehiclesAll ATM BillingEnsuring Takeover swaps/ Balancing is arranged prior to Custodian going to leaveEnsuring Auditor is assisting when Swaps/ Balances are done for Sol/Lesaka/Capitec/ SparkOther Personality Attributes And Core CompetenciesMust be honest and reliableMust have good verbal and language abilitiesMust be assertivePay attention to detailCustomer service and relationsQuality AssurancePlanning and organising skillsAlertness
