The Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance in Fuel Logistics & Transportation marine operations. The role also involves managing assurance reporting and supporting client safety initiatives, ensuring all operating licenses are current and compliant.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
In order to be shortlisted for the vacancy, the successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

Tanker experience essential; Class II Deck Certificate of Competence preferable.At least 2 years experience in a management role at sea or ashore.A self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills who displays excellent conceptual and analytical thinking.Action-oriented with good interpersonal skills.Team member with the ability to influence and a strong client service focus.Prepared to travel and spend extended time at AMSOL office locations and onboard vessels.JOB DESCRIPTION The role responsibilities will include: Ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance across Fuel Logistics & Transportation marine operations.Alignment to and monitoring of Client Assurance requirements.Ensuring and verifying compliance with OCIMF Tanker Management and SIREC inspection requirements.Developing audit, inspection, and assurance processes to ensure business and fleet are audit/inspection ready at all times.Completion of OCIMF submissions to the highest standards.Ensuring all operating licenses are in place and up to date.General management of Assurance reporting and supporting client safety initiatives.Please be advised that only shortlisted candidates with the specific skills and experiences required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role will be contacted for an interview by one of our consultants. REMUNERATION PACKAGE
