Associate Partner (Management Consulting)

Reporting to a Director, the Associate Partner will initially beassignedto one or more large clients, focused on building a strategic partnership and managing consulting delivery, growth and operations for these client accounts.The Associate Partner is also expected to identify and qualifynew opportunitiesin the client account to meet revenue demands and ensure that budgets, profitability and timelines for client projects are achieved.The Associate Partner will be responsible for developing, syndicating, managing and delivering on the divisional strategy and meeting the divisional revenue and profit targets for a 2 year growth strategy.The Associate Partner will be responsible to buildnew clients, relationships and engagements through their networks.A Masters qualification combined with min 10 years professional experience in a top consulting organisation.Excellent academic credentials, proven business leadership experience as well as proven experience motivating and leading large, multi-cultural, cross functional teams.Please contact Adam at Strategic Personnel for a confidential discussion.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Should you not have heard from us by the end of June 2024, please consider your application unsuccessful.
