We are offering a limited number of opportunities to Matriculants who would like to gain workplace exposure.Our 12-month Learnership Programme gives young individuals an opportunity to study and receive on the job training.

Qualification at the end of the 12 months (Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance)Monthly stipend for the duration of the Learnership ProgrammeOpportunity to build a long-term career with MMCQualifying Criteria:Matric/Grade 12 with English as a first or second language AND Maths or Maths LiteracyCandidates MUST be in possession of a matric certificate and/or statement of results as proof that they have passed matric in 2023 or priorSouth African citizenBetween the ages of 18 and 25 yearsReside in or close to the area in which the opportunity is available Should not have previously participated in any SETA funded initiativeShould not be participating in any post Matric studies or formal employmentKindly ensure when applying that you have the following documents ready to upload: CVCertified ID (not older than 3 months)Certified matric certificate and/or statement (not older than 3 months)Closing date - 30th of September 2024 and no late applications will be accepted.
