Assisting in organising campaigns and developing marketing plans.
Role DescriptionSupport the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaignsAssist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including website, social media accounts and emailsProject management of the marketing/project plan and implementation of relevant elements within that plan, ensuring all deadlines are metOversee marketing calendar for assigned portfolio to ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverablesPrepare reports on marketing and sales metricsContribute to collaborative efforts and organise marketing activitiesManaging integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics on the allocated LoS/industryBe responsible for collecting content for bi-monthly LinkedIn newsletterBrainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaignsMaintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotionsWrite content for different internal and external platforms when requiredProvide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programsAssist in the marketing of thought leadership pieces for the Line of Service/IndustryAssist in marketing events and thought leaderships in the allocated areasAssist in briefing the studio as well as the various specialists (web, media etc.)Be a brand custodian, thus understanding how to use the brand correctly, keeping abreast of brand updates and 'policing' communication that goes to internal as well as external channelsHandle ad hoc projectsUnderstanding and continuously maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the issues affecting industries relevant to the Line of Service/Key clientsUnderstanding and continuously monitoring key competitorsKey Competencies and AttributesKnowledge, skills and abilities Strong communication and presentation skillsGood organisational, time management, and project management skillsMeticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressureMust have a strong understanding of customer service standards.Strong technical skill, especially in digital marketing software, and social media platformsCreativityGood teamworking skillsQualification & Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred1+ years of experience in marketingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailSuperior organisational and time management skillsKnowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plusGood understanding of office management and marketing principlesDemonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlinesWell-organized with a customer-oriented approachGood knowledge of market research techniques and databasesExcellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)Exquisite communication and people skillsHigh School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantageEducation(if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:
