Celebrating our 9th birthday next month with 24 stores operating countrywide and two more opening in July and August, we are the masters of sleek and silky with a focus on AVAILABILITY, QUALITY, COST, HYGIENE and PRIVACY.As part of our vibrant and energetic team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving our brand forward.
Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to marketing campaigns and strategiesAssist marketing team with new store launches and special projectsSupport the Head of Marketing with daily tasks and coordinationManage website updates and ensure content is current and engagingSchedule and publish content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and monitor performanceCompile presentations and monthly digital stats for franchiseesCoordinate marketing requests from franchisees and liaise with design teamsObtain quotes from advertisers, printers, and promotional houses; coordinate design and productionAssist with promotional items and brand eventsCopywriting and proofreading of marketing materialsManage Influencer relationships and campaignsEnsure all content is inclusive, on-brand and consistentSkills and QualificationsSales and/or Marketing tertiary qualification preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar roleProficient in MS Office, CRM tools, online analytics, Google Ads, Canva, Meta and similarStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasksExcellent communication and customer service skillsCreative thinker with problem-solving abilities.Project management experience is a plus.Valid driver's licenseOwn transport preferred.
