As a result, we are seeking an experienced quantum professional to join our team in Johannesburg.We offer career advancement and mentoring opportunities, supporting your long-term career goals and developing individuals interested in becoming Expert Witnesses.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in working on quantum and contractual claims within the construction industry is essential.You will also:Have demonstrable experience of working on quantum and contractual claims.Hold a relevant construction degree, such as Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, along with a secondary construction legal qualification, plus professional memberships commensurate with the specialisation.Be able to deliver quantum reports from determining causality to report writing.Demonstrate understanding of contract forms and quantum principles, with excellent client-facing communication skills.Have experience leading teams and projects, with a passion for mentoring junior staff members.What We Offer:We prioritise creating an inclusive and collaborative culture, providing opportunities for growth and development.
