In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing all day-to-day operations of our busy retail bakery location.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating sales associates.Handle cash management, inventory, and other administrative duties.Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a brand ambassador for Tessa's.Be able to work a flexible schedule, including late shifts, weekends, and holidays.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a retail or customer service management role.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Experience with inventory management and cash handling.Passion for baked goods and providing superior customer experiences.Willingness to work a varied schedule.Own transport advantageous.This is a full-time position.
