Assistant Store Manager - Fourways

IntroductionOur client who is in the Retail sector is looking for a dedicated Junior Manager, based in Fourways.Please note: This is a full time position in the retail sector and will include working alternative weekends (weekdays 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 8am-5pm and Sundays 9am-1pm) Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe candidate would need to have a good eye for floral design and an artistic flair.Excellent client communication skills in English and Afrikaans, both on the phone as well as face to face.Opening and closing the storeAssisting customersCash upsStock controlStaff managementQuality control checksManaging staff on sightAssisting in events set upClient recruitment and retentionSocial media posting, amongst other duties.
