Details of the offer

An exciting opportunity in our Flagship store for the launch of JD Sports roll out in South Africa. The role would report into the Store Manager in a newly established commercial business. This position requires a forward-thinking retailer who is innovative, organized, highly customer-centric, and guided by data.
Responsibilities:

Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets
Controlling expenses
Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards
Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers

Requirements:

A Matric certificate
3 years retail assistant store management experience
High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations.
A high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently.
Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
Ability to source and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
Figure and admin orientated
