The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting production management.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of production experience.3+ years in a supervisory or management support role.Experience in impregnation, stenter environment, or wet processing.A relevant production, chemical, or engineering qualification.Grade 12 with Mathematics.In-depth knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems and Health & Safety protocols.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to support and motivate teams.Proven track record in assisting production management within a manufacturing environment.Technical expertise in both chemical and mechanical processes relevant to glass fiber and resin production.Ability to support process improvements and manage complex production challenges.High attention to detail with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
