They will be responsible for coordinating the brandinternally, the campuses central point of communication and information on andabout the brand, and project managing the marketing activities.They will also be involvedin the above and below the line activities of the Marketing Departmentinternally and externally.
The incumbent will report to the Marketing Manager.
Requirements · Relevant marketingqualification · Minimum of threeyears brand marketing experience · Social Media and ContentMarketing knowledge and experience essential · Strong project management, time management andorganizational abilities.

Ensure the company is communicatingthe right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existingones Coordinating marketing strategieswith the campuses and sales departments .
To strategise, plan and implement projects andinitiatives to maximise marketing the brand to the primary and secondarymarkets, as well as internally within the staff.

Work with and manage advertising, PR and media agencies by providingprecise briefs and assessing delivery thereon Event/promotion coordination for external andinternal audiences for the brands and its students Conceptualise, develop, and presentinnovative, proactive plans on marketing strategies for specific marketingcampaigns and projects Responsible for managing departmentaltimelines and creative briefs Ensure that orders and invoices are completedtimeously for payment, in line with established company SOP's Project management and/or facilitation of adhoc marketing projects and strategic initiatives Ensure that all internal and externalmarketing content is updated, consistent and conforms to the company'sbrand standards Ensure that brand usage is consistent acrossthe campuses Manage and negotiate preferential pricingstructures and delivery with suppliers Maintain digital files and records of allmarketing initiatives and projects Conduct research, interpret and strategiseaccordingly #J-18808-Ljbffr
