The incumbent of this position will be responsible for providing all sales administrative support to the KINTO regional sales team to ensure an effective sales process nationally. This will be achieved by actively optimizing dealer and internal sales functions, to ensure we achieve an efficient dealer sales process and an enhanced customer journey experience.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Sales AdministrationProvide admin and planning support to the sales departmentSupport the SRM with sales quotations and customer proposal preparationPrepare quote templates which need to be presented to prospectsManage all complex quotes which need intervention outside the system parametersFollow up on conversion of quotesCoordinate and update the sales report and monthly report preparationAssist with input into dealer bulletins and communicationOrder ManagementManage and maintain optimal order conversionsManage customer orders and stock pipeline managementSupport the SRM with order pipeline managementCoordinate sourcing of stock and allocationDealer LiaisonManage dealer / KINTO enquiry processManage and maintain optimal order conversionsSupport dealers with finalizing of KINTO deals on E-Toyota OneLiaise with suppliers for SVR fitmentsManagement dealer network and internal communicationMonitor dealer performance versus set targetsMonitor and manage dealer sales activity to measure support and lack of supportManage quote activity to understand conversion ratiosLeads ManagementHandle product enquiries from potential customersProcess customer leadsCoordinate customer events for lead generationFollow up on dealer leads and conversionsContracts ManagementEngaging with customers post sign-up to ensure their KINTO One contract is fully understoodHandle Master Rental Agreement queriesAssist customers with My Toyota Fleet onboardingCoordinate end of contract vehicle de-fleeting and replacementProactive customer care and interactionQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:NQF Level 5 (Minimum 240 credits on level 8 framework) qualification in Business & Supply Chain Management or relatedAnalytics or Supply Chain background (minimum of 5 years)SAP knowledge and experience would be advantageousKnowledge of Kinto one ProcessSystem knowledge of ET1 & MilesAutomotive industry knowledge and experience - EssentialHigh degree of computer literacy – EssentialExcel Advanced – EssentialCOMPETENCIES:Accurate information gathering and analysisAwareness and commitment to our missionAwareness of situations and decisivenessCommunication and sharing of mid to long-term plansCreation of innovation visionEstablishing framework and systems for organizational reviewFeedback of evaluation and long-term development of othersStrategic review of work methodsNegotiation and good communicationRelationship buildingSPECIAL CONDITIONSMay be required to act in the capacity of surrounding postsMay be required to work overtimeMay be required to travel and stay overnightMay be required to participate in Development ProgramsTHIS APPOINTMENT WILL BE MADE IN LINE WITH THE COMPANY'S EMPLOYMENT EQUITY POLICY
