Assistant Lodge Manager

Food & Beverage Expertise : Strong experience in F&B management; a background as an ex-chef or in kitchen operations is highly desirable. Stock Management Skills : Proficient in stock-taking and inventory control, including inputting and tracking stock levels. Strong Personality : Confident and assertive, able to lead and make decisions under pressure. Interpersonal Skills : Effective in building rapport with both staff and guests, fostering a positive work environment and guest experience. Excellent Communication : Strong verbal communication skills, fluent in English, with an ability to clearly convey instructions and resolve issues. Career-Oriented : Ambitious and motivated to grow within the hospitality industry. Valid Drivers License : Holds a current drivers license with driving experience.
