JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with a Luxury Private Game Lodge in the Waterberg, to recruit an energetic and guest centric ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE.
Reserve and Assistant Lodge Manager | Requirements

FGASA level 1 and PDP.
General Reserve Maintenance and repairs to all buildings, roads, fences and bush clearing.
Plan, propose and manage all projects as and when required including collaboration of projects with outside contractors.
Ensure quality control of maintenance and projects.
Prepare and submit monthly reports and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.
3 years previous lodge experience in management roles in a 4/5-star lodge environment.
Hosting guests.
Stable employment history and contactable references.

Assistant Lodge Manager | Requirements

3 years previous lodge experience in management roles in a 4/5-star lodge environment.
Exceptional Guest Relations and hosting skills.
Reservations and general office administration experience.
Good computer skills / social media and Marketing.
Ability to think on the spot, willingness to learn and be hands-on.
Valid RSA Driver's License with a public driver's permit (PDP).
Game ranging experience / FGASA Level 1 (optional).
Stable employment history and contactable references.

Start date – ASAP
Work Cycle – 21 days on, 7 days off
Package – R38k depending on experience, provident fund
Accommodation – Live in, regret, no kids or pets.
