If you thrive in a technical environment and are passionate about maintaining laboratory excellence, we want to hear from you!Minimum Requirements:A minimum of 5 years' experience in a laboratory management or Assistant Management role.Must be a SANAS Technical SignatoryProficiency in test methods and laboratory auditsRelevant experience in managing laboratory operations.SANAS ISO 17025 Laboratory Systems and Internal Auditing CertificationValid driver's license.Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)Duties and Responsibilities:Ensuring resources for effective implementation of the systemConducting validation/verifications and uncertainty of measurement of test methodsManaging equipment, supplies, and services before being put into use in the laboratoryManaging equipment and taking equipment out of service when necessarySigning off on test reportsSupervising junior staff and laboratory staffEnsuring laboratory activities are managed to safeguard impartiality and confidentialityEnsuring compliance with company codes and health and safety proceduresReviewing and approving documentsCompiling and reporting on management reportsTraining and declaring testers competentConducting proficiency testing including inter/intra-laboratory testingConducting Internal Audits of commercial and site laboratoriesPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.IMPORTANT: We specialize in specific niche fields.
