Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Candidate requirements:Min of 1-3 years' experience working in a similar role withinthe Hospitality Industry.Matric Relevant qualifications will be beneficial but not essential Valid RSA IDValid Drivers LicenseGood Computer literacy, with excellent Excel knowledgeGood working knowledge / understanding of Hospitality PMSsystem NEBULA & PLUSPOINT would be a bonusThe ability to effectively manage stock and do regular stock counts and stock rotationExcellent people skills and the ability to manage staffExcellent hosting skills and the ability to be the manager on duty and effectively manage service and guest complaintsBasic understanding of financials and budgetsThe ability to assist with reports, implement controls and manage revenue and costsUp-to-date police clearance certificate will be requiredLive-in role with meals and provident fund contribution
