Assistant Early Childhood Development Manager : Projects

The DO MORE FOUNDATION , founded by RCL FOODS, is an independent non-profit organisation in South Africa that aims to improve the lives of young children and their communities.
They unite public, private, and non-governmental sectors towards this goal with a network of over 260 partners.
  Our Talent Team is currently looking for an experienced  Assistant Early Childhood Development  Manager: Projects within the DO MORE FOUNDATION .
The role will be based in Gauteng and provide support to the communities of Gauteng, North West and Mpumalanga The position will report to the Program Lead: Young Child Portfolio.    The Assistant  ECD Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of the DO MORE FOUNDATION's 'Everyone Gets to Play' model in 3 provinces.
This includes managing and the outputs, contracts, budgets, invoicing and reporting of Implementing Partners and other service providers; multi-sector stakeholder management including business, government and civil society; scoping, analysing and planning for expansion within existing and into new areas; managing the provision of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning data; and communicating insights and informing the broader portfolio strategy.
