The role you'll contribute: The Assistant Director is responsible to the Director in the daily planning, organizing, developing and directing of departmental operations within regulatory guidelines in accordance with the hospital's mission, physician and patient expectations. Assists in developing and monitoring the clinical integrity of assigned programs.
