An Asset Care Technician with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience typically handles the maintenance and care of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and reducing downtime in a production environment.
They are responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, and improving machinery performance.
Preventive Maintenance : Implement regular maintenance routines to avoid breakdowns.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery.
Continuous Improvement : Work to enhance the efficiency and reliability of equipment.
Documentation : Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
Compliance : Ensure all activities are in line with safety standards and regulations.
Minimum of 5 years in an FMCG environment with experience in the following bottling equipment, De-palletisers, Rinsor, Filler, Capper, labeller, Packer, and palletisers.
Must have carried out repairs and maintenance as a shift technician or artisan.
