Job Description:Daily support to regional managers and stock controllers, assisting with administrative tasks and coordination.Fleet controller: maintain vehicles and trailer asset registers, database and fleet management, analysis of tracker data.Asset controller: maintaining fixed asset registers, allocation of assets to specific regions, reporting on profitability of assets and operations efficiency.Capex adherence in accordance with company guidelines and maintenance of trackers.Check and reconcile living out allowances and ensure accuracy thereof.Check and verify overtime hours submitted against erected boxes.Maintain and reconcile Capital WIP account and revamp cost.Qualifications:Matric/grade 12 essential.BComm degree in finance or related field.Exposure in a finance department would be advantageous.Pastel Evolution experience would be advantageous.Attention to detail.Pro-active and self-managing.Computer literate particularly using Microsoft Excel.Strong leadership abilities.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
