About this role The Asset Analyst will support the Asset Manager, focusing on financial modelling and forecasting. Responsibilities include managing all commercial, contractual, technical, regulatory, and reporting obligations across operational projects within Mulilo's portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities: Update financial models to assess trends and forecast performance.Use tools like Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.Manage dashboards to track real-time financial and operational performance.Provide recommendations to the Asset Management Team using data analytics.Create presentations and perform ad-hoc analysis.Calculate and monitor debt covenants and key financial metrics.Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Ensure project activities align with financing agreements.Manage project delivery trackers and board pack collation.Assist with coordinating board meetings and following up on action items.Oversee accounting and revenue management.Required Skills and Education Background: University Degree in Finance, Business Science, or similar.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power BI beneficial).3 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Modelling, or Project Finance.Experience in the renewable energy industry.Knowledge of utility-scale PV and wind facility operations.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.The ideal candidate should have a passion for the Renewable Energy sector and possess traits such as diligence, determination, resilience, and agility.

Additional Information: Able to work overtime according to operational needs. The position is office-based, but occasional travel may be required.
