Business Segment: Insurance & Asset Management
Location: ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Ellis Street 4
To ensure the highest level of customer service through quality claims processing ensuring adherence to stipulated turnaround times. To ensure the assessment of all medical claims submitted for payment are valid. Handle daily workflow process in terms of the Company's laid down process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: Diploma
Field of Study:FAIS Qualification and RE5 certification
Experience Required Service Management
Operations
5 years Life Insurance background
5 Medical Assessing Experience (Disability, Dread Disease and Death claims requiring medical investigation / underwriting)
Hospital and Personal Accident Claims Experience
Knowledge of Credit Life (optional, but preferred)
