Manufacturing FunctionsAdhere to the standard operating procedure of the Assembly process.Adhere to the Health & Safety process stipulated in the Health & Safety guideline.Ensure accurate assembly of automated banking machines (ABM's).Testing (ABM's) to 100% completion.Fault finding and taking corrective measures.Perform ad hoc duties as required by management.Regularly refer to and update oneself with standard operation procedure governing the workplace.Work requires attention to detail to ensure uniformity and quality in the finished product.Assembler uses power tools or hand tools to perform his job.Workstation must always be cleaned and tools correctly stored according to checklist.Always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the workplace.Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.2.
Health and SafetyAttend safety education and refresher programs.Comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace.The Ideal Candidate:1.
Qualification & Experience requiredGrade 12 / NQF Level 4.2- 3 years' Technical & Electrical experience.2.
SkillsComputer literate - ability to work on Excel, MS Outlook, Word.Communication (written and verbal).Sharing and cooperating.Problem Solving.Needs to be skilled with hand tools.4.
