To lead the Assembly Shift maintenance team, to plan and improve maintenance on assembly equipment in order to support meeting the company's manufacturing objectives and business objectives according to the ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 Requirements: Provide management with information with which they can effectively manage the organisations resources. To improve productivity and scrap rates within areas of delegated responsibility. To install & maintain all mechanical equipment, plant & machinery in good working order to ensure an adequate provision of machine and process capacity to production at all times. To install & maintain all electrical equipment, switch gear, plant & machinery in good working order to ensure an adequate provision of machine & process capacity to production at all times. To install & maintain all pneumatic equipment, cylinders, actuators & valves in good working order to ensure an adequate provision of machine & process capacity to production at all times. Supervise and coordinate the artisans on shift All other duties as assigned Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics or Trade Tested in Electrical/Mechatronics/Millwright 3-5 Years at Technician level Or 5-7 Years' experience Trade Tested Computer skills Word, Excel, Power Point Yaskawa Robot, PLC and HMI programming experience Cognex and Omron cameras knowledge Nordson adhesive applicators experience Ultrasonic welding, Vibration welding and Hot Plate welding experience Electro Pneumatic experience Laser Engraving Knowledge Sensors and Fibre optic knowledge and experience High Speed Manufacturing and Assembly Process Experience Please consider your application unsuccessful if you have not received a response within 2 weeks of applying.
