Vaardighede : Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels; Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office); Die vermoë om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge te kan handhaaf; Bestuursvaardighede; Ambisieus met dryf. Verantwoordelikhede : Goeie klientediens en markaandeel groei; Goeie organisasie vermoë; Moet onder druk kan funksioneer; Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf.
