ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managersManage WSP and SDFDraw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectationsDeploy a wide variety of training methodsConduct effective induction and orientation sessionsMonitor and evaluate the training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on themTraining of ManagersManage training budgetQuality Assurance of both Training and AssessmentsManagement of the training programs (Skills and Unit Standard based )Provide opportunities for ongoing developmentResolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessaryCompilation of regional training data and statisticsMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practicesRequirements2 years of Micros/GAAP experience2 years of QSR Management Trainer experienceMinimum of 2 years training experience in a QSR environment essential like KFC or Pizza Hut Excellent communication skillsProficiency in EnglishProficiency in MS Office packages (Micros proficiency is beneficial)Preference will be given to accredited trainersOnly SA Citizens will be consideredValid driver's license - must travel daily
