You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Acquiring potential customers by phone and/or personally (existing customers, forwarders, shippers from industry and trade)Presenting our software solution online and on site to potential new customersQuote and contract negotiationsManaging existing clients in the designated regionReporting to the branch managementYour profileCompleted logistics, business or software degree with relevant professional experienceProfound and exceptional IT skillsKnowledge of the logistics sector with specific focus on road freight is essentialMinimum 3 years sales experience is essential – ideally in the area of software products and/or logisticsValid driver's license Code 8Strong communication and presentation skillsDedication to the job and excellent sales techniquesWillingness to travel; you will require a valid passportGood proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantageYou can also look forward toHeight adjustable workstationsFlexi timeSubsidised canteen and gymWalking trails"Work & Travel" - The chance to work temporarily in one of our international branchesOnsite crecheYou will join a medium size but growing team at our Johannesburg Branch office. In addition, you will be in daily contact with, and supported by, your colleagues at our head office in Kempten, Bavaria and several international branch offices from the UK, Poland and Germany.
