Sales Operations ManagerThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the company in a geographical area.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProviding quality leadership for the internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding the company's values: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth.Selling value and solutions to the customers.Leading top-to-top meetings with key customers to ensure strong relationships and remove business obstacles, aligning with long-term company direction.Achieving monthly and annual set budgets.Showing initiative in analysing and improving business processes.Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.Developing sales strategies and setting targets.Compiling and analysing sales figures.Keeping up to date with products and competitors.Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service.Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base.Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.Desired Experience & QualificationMust have matric and tertiary qualification.Sales experience in selling forklifts.Excellent communication and people skills.Computer literacy essential; Auto Line/Advantage experience is an advantage.Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Working knowledge of forklifts and selling forklifts within an assigned sales territory.Proven oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Must have a valid driver's license.Good planning and organisational skills.Good business sense.
