This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in an international, fast-paced, and innovative environment. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager for Mediterranean Countries, Africa and Middle East, and working closely with sales and technical teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction throughout the Southern African region.Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face and phone contact.Identify and convert sales opportunities across all Viscofan products in the Southern African region.Set, monitor, and deliver sales targets in line with Group objectives.Expand the customer base and grow Viscofan's market share by capitalizing on new opportunities.Meet annual sales goals in accordance with Viscofan's sales budgets.Develop and nurture long-lasting customer relationships by supporting their initiatives and aligning with their activities.Foster strong internal relationships to ensure high levels of service for customers.Manage designated customer accounts and oversee pricing and debtors.Monitor competitor and market activity and report insights to help drive business strategy.Submit internal reports and manage expenditure in compliance with company policies.Conduct regular site visits across Southern Africa to meet customer needs.You're going to be a match if you...Hold a B.Sc. in Economics, Food Technology, or a related field.Have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
