Area Manager – Seed Production

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Agricultural diploma/degree advantageous Min of 5 years previous crop production and management experience Excellent computer skills Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills Strong administrative and organisational skills and high level of integrity and confidentiality Strong financial acumen and ability to work with and within a budget Valid drivers license RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Technical Planning Planning and coordination Quality Control, Compliance and Technical Assistance Logistics Management Data Management and Analysis Team leadership and training (HR) Financial and Budget Management Client Management ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
