Job DescriptionWhat are you going to do?Strategy ExecutionPlans how to establish and maintain major account relationships. Participates with the sales team in developing sales strategies for regional accounts and helps to identify target accounts and opportunities within the framework of the organization-wide strategy and (organic) growth plans.Sales planning and execution(Co-develops and) executes the sales plan for the assigned area in accordance with the set objectives and targets.Ensures that sales plans are realized and sales targets are achieved.Customer acquisitionBased on market knowledge and intelligence, approaches and acquires new customers proactively through various means, including direct visits and phone outreach, to retain and grow the customer base and achieve sales targets.Customer ManagementEstablishes and builds strong client relationships over time to ensure continuity and ongoing profitability reinforced by sales support/delivery programs.Monitors competitive activity in each account and formulates appropriate response strategies.Assesses progress within accounts and makes decisions about committing resources to develop opportunities.Organizes customized customer seminars and coordinates targeted marketing activities.Value SellingBuilds value for customers by investigating and uncovering explicit needs.Demonstrates the company's capability by aligning products and services with customer needs.NetworkingCoordinates internal expertise for accounts by collaborating with the General Manager, Sales Manager, Technical Sales Team, Product Development, and Pricing.Prepares and quotes customers based on input from Marketing and Pricing measures to conclude sales.Aligns internal organization and stakeholders to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.Maintains and builds product and technical knowledge through local and global training.Issue resolutionReceives, follows up, and resolves customer complaints/queries in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.AdministrationCoordinates and improves various administrative sales processes and systems to ensure efficient sales administration compliant with policies.Records outcomes of sales calls and plans future actions to move sales towards successful conclusions.Management informationProvides insights to management regarding developments within the sales area and ensures information is stored and updated for timely decision-making.ProjectsMay participate in various sales and customer service-related projects and contributes to project results.What we offerAs a Nutreco company, our mission is Feeding the Future.
