Area Manager

Our client in the retail industry is looking for an Area Manager to join their organisation. Salary: R315 000 CTC PADutiesManagement of all Retail Stores.Evaluate and promote better services to customers where required.Monitoring of stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with company targets.Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Retail Manager.Ensure that all planned products are ordered and displayed in all Cape Town stores.Responsible for ordering of stock.Evaluate and analyse allocated stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with monthly targets.Implement store disciplines.Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required.Advise Retail Manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondence.Assist in the annual stock take in all stores when required.Ensure that general correspondence is adhered to as outlined by the Line Manager.Manage and responsible for health and safety of all Cape Town stores.Maintenance of all Cape Town stores.RequirementsRelevant tertiary qualification.At least 5 years solid retail experience in FMCG.Valid driver's licence.Must have management experience.Excellent computer skills.Professional and presentable.Well-spoken with negotiating skills.Desired SkillsArea ManagerRetailStock takeManagement
