Area Manager - Cape Town

Annually Cost To Company (+ company car, fuel, cell phone allowance and company laptop)
Cape Town. National Retail Chain seeks experienced, driven Area Manager to take charge of 6 Cape Town stores and 5 stores in KZN. Tertiary qualification, at least 5 years retail experience in FMCG and solid management experience secures.
Responsibilities:Evaluate and promote better services to customers at all times.Control and monitor store fixtures.Monitor stores monthly sales and growth.Implement strategic initiatives as required by the Retail Manager.Ensure that all planned products are ordered and displayed in all Cape Town stores.Responsible for ordering and execution of all seasonal and everyday stock.Evaluate and analyse allocated stores monthly sales and growth in accordance with monthly targets.Address complaints and resolve problems within all stores as required.Advise Retail Manager of concerns relating to the operational issues and general correspondence.Assist in the annual stock take in all stores when required.Ensure that general correspondence is adhered to.Manage health and safety and maintenance of all Cape Town stores.
