Hire Resolve is a reputable recruitment agency currently seeking an experienced Architect to join their client's dynamic team in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients and projects in a vibrant and creative environment.
Responsibilities include: Manage and deliver large-scale mixed-use and commercial projects from inception to completion.
Represent the practice in project briefings and client meetings.
Create accurate sketch illustrations and working drawings using Revit; assist with graphic design and 3D visualisations.
Prepare and coordinate council submission documentation (SDP and Building Plans).
Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections to resolve issues proactively and prevent project delays.
Oversee construction and ensure project quality and adherence to timelines.
Mentor and guide project team members; manage team performance.
Frequent international travel required.
Requirements Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch/B.Arch, obtained before 1998).
At least 5 years of post-graduate experience; SACAP registration required.
Advanced proficiency in Revit (certification preferred), with a minimum score of 70% in B+P Revit Assessment.
Competent in sketching (both digital and hand-drawn), Adobe Master Suite, and 3D visualisation software.
Extensive knowledge of council documentation, technical detailing, construction documents, and site administration.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality client service.
Ability to work independently and in a team; manage workflow, resources, and team members effectively.
Proven problem-solving skills, decision-making capability, and organisational skills.
