Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting the right archery equipment based on their needs and skill levels.Perform maintenance and repairs on bows, arrows, and other archery gear.Conduct string replacements, tuning, and adjustments to optimize equipment performance.Provide expert advice on archery techniques, safety practices, and equipment care.Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.Stay updated on the latest archery products and industry trends.Resolve customer issues and answer questions.Familiarize yourself with merchandise to provide quick and accurate product information.Teach customers proper archery form and basic shooting principles.Perform arrow assembly.Provide accurate pricing and sale information.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related and assigned responsibilities as needed.Properly fit hunting packs.QualificationsRequired Proven experience in archery, including bow tuning and repair.Basic knowledge of various archery equipment, including compound and recurve bows, arrow assembly, and shooting technique.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Previous experience in retail or technical support is a plus.Ability to teach customers proper archery form and basic shooting principles.Knowledge of archery brands including Hoyt, Bear, PSE, Prime, Spothogg, Black Gold, Easton, Goldtip, etc.Punctual and efficient work ethic.Strong attention to detail.Helpful Proactive mindset.Ability to work with a team.Knowledge and experience with guns and fishing.Job on location Full-Time
