The incumbent resource / contractor or Service Provider must have 10 years of experience managing complex enterprise applications in conjunction with the relevant OEM service providers and internal business customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background, including expertise in networking, security, infrastructure, and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.Duties and responsibilities:Management, support, and delivery of Application servicesManage the portfolio of applications assignedManage escalations, incidents, problems, changes related to these applicationsEnsure regulatory requirements are adhered too (GxP)Work with Service Providers, supplier and other consultants in Group Digital TechnologyProvide advice on technical aspects of solution development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices (including security) are applied correctlyTake full responsibility for business analysis within the integration and assigned application segmentManage the ESB platform, leading incident resolution, managing budgets, SLAs, and vendor contracts, and reviewing and signing off on new integrationslead P1 incidents for assigned applicationsAttend weekly operational meetings with the vendorManage changes, upgrades, certifications, and enhancementsCreate and manage the budget and subsequent payments and rechargesManage all vendor SLAs related to in scope applicationsManage the vendor, including contract reviews, SOWs, and MSAEnsure the qualified status of the IBM MQ platform is maintainedLead integration efforts using IBM MQQualifications, knowledge and experience:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field requiredPharma regulatory experience beneficial (GxP)
