Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize and develop original graphic designs that align with our brand identity and seasonal themes.Ensure all designs reflect our brand's aesthetic and maintain high standards of visual quality and originality.Conduct trend research and preparation for critical path meetings.CAD development.Create seasonal map sheets.Build tech packs and supplier briefs.Maintain CAD library and seasonal colour palettes.Understand trade patterns and design in line with customer preferences.Provide design input for Quick Response.Constantly drive innovation in the design space.Qualifications and Experience:Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design.3+ years of proven experience as a clothing Graphic Designer within the fashion industry is non-negotiable.A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.2+ years' experience working in apparel as a Graphic Designer.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).An understanding of streetwear would be an added advantage.3D experience.Analyze graphics performance across the brand.Skills:Ability to work well under pressure.Ability to lead processes and communicate effectively.Detail-oriented.Strong influencing skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management skills.Good judgment and problem-solving skills.Behaviours:Readily takes on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and eagerness.Effectively considers the diverse needs of various stakeholders.Establishes and nurtures internal and external relationships in order to create robust and mutually beneficial partnerships.Applies market and business insights in order to drive organizational objectives.Effectively works with others to achieve shared goals.Conveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.Effectively influences others by gaining support and commitment in the delivery of organizational goals and objectives.
