Our vision is to create the most remarkable omnichannel experiences for our customers.The refunds are a daily responsibility, with an SLA of 24-hours and requires a dedicated resource until Bash customer refund process is ironed out.Key Responsibilities:Timely processing of BASH customer refundsDaily recording and maintenance of the refunds on the GoogleDocs and SynergyDaily uploads of proof of payment to Synergy ticketing systemDaily follow-up on BASH Refund queriesManage BASH stakeholder relationshipsManaging a Teams escalation Chat.Qualifications and Experience:Matric required, with an advanced Diploma or equivalent certification in Finance/Accounting as preferable1-3 years of relevant working experienceExperience in processing and/or approving paymentsPrevious experience within finance department (including reconciliations)End user experience with financial systems (SAP preference)Skills:Excellent project management skillsStrong computer skills with good working knowledgeAttention to detailTime managementPlanning skillsAbility to draft commentary, analyse information to establish key messages, present information both visually and writtenBehaviours:You need to be flexible as the environment is very dynamic and priorities can change.Sets ambitious goals and takes focused action to achieve desired outcomes to deliver measurable resultsAdapts effectively to situations that are complex, uncertain, or lack guidelines and clear informationInterprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problemsDemonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, decision making, interpersonal relations, problem solving, teamwork & written communicationPreference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
