Annuity Accountant

Duties:Preparing ad hoc analytical schedulesPreparing monthly operation reports (Power BI/BMS)Extracting reports and data from Balwin Management System (BMS)Preparing transactions in Sage EvolutionReviewing transaction and reports in Sage EvolutionPreparing monthly reports from Sage EvolutionResponsible for the Tracker accounts and resolution of all related queriesPreparing schedules and submitting to the Group Technology ManagerManaging the stationery requirements of the DepartmentManaging filing and document storage for annuity departmentFiling all journals for the DepartmentE-mailing payment queries to relevant peopleBooking and reconciling company travel & resolving all queriesAssisting with receipts / sorting of postage and sending off packages and postageJob Experience & Skills Required:Completed higher qualification in accounting (Degree).Experience with Sage Evolution software is desired.Excellent Excel experience / skills.3-5 years experience within accounting, preferably within Property or Real Estate industry.
