Cape Town, South Africa | Posted on 04/12/2024The SAE Institute, Cape Town Campus, is looking for an Animation Lecturer to facilitate learning for the Motion Graphics and Visual Effects / 2D / 3D programmes, with a focus on practical application, theoretical frameworks, workflow, and technique.RequirementsLegal / Qualification / Certification:- NQF 8 preferable NQF 9 qualification in area of specialisationKnowledge / Skill:Proficient with industry-standard equipment and software including:Motion Graphics:- After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.3D:- Maya, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.2D:- Toonboom, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Experience:- 2 years lecturing experience- 5 years recent industry experience- Substantial experience in the fields of 2D, 3D, and/or Motion Graphics and Visual Effects.
