Join to apply for the Analyst: Remuneration & Benefits role at Hire Resolve - Recruiting Talent in SA, US & EMEA.Job DescriptionOur client based in Middelburg, Mpumalanga is looking for an Analyst who is experienced in Remuneration and Benefits to join their team.ResponsibilitiesIn cooperation with the Compensation and Benefits Manager, assess and analyse the duties and responsibilities of the position, and develop a fair and competitive salary.Analyze or evaluate market information and pay patterns, and then suggest new appointment salaries, promotions, and interim modifications.Regular checks and audits to make sure the human resource information system's data is accurate.Be abreast of market developments, best practices for compensation and benefits, and any legal, legislative, and governance compliance needs.Manage employee benefits, including retirement plans, health insurance, risk management for disabilities, group personal accident insurance, funeral benefits, etc.Proficient Excel knowledge.Generate reports and give analytical support for ongoing special projects and initiatives; take part in remuneration salary surveys and analyze the data that is obtained.Minimum RequirementsMinimum BCom Finance/ HR Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification.Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in remuneration, data analysis, job evaluation, grading, and employee benefits administration.Strong statistical, analytical and research skills.High level of confidentiality and ethical conduct.Ability to effectively deal with conflict.Ability to negotiate with various stakeholders at multiple levels.If you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, apply today by either filling in the online application form or by emailing your CV to ****** note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
