Analyst, Process Optimization and Automation - Vehicle Asset Finance Job Overview Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking
To identify, analyse, design and execute automation and continuous improvement opportunities across Vehicle Asset Finance in order to realise effective and measurable benefits through improved and automated processes.
Essential Functions: Assess the feasibility of automation versus other business process improvement methodologies to ensure fit for purpose solutions delivered.Conduct an as-is analysis of business processes to formulate and develop optimisation business cases.Design to-be processes to ensure streamlined and automated solutions.Establish and maintain credible relationships with Business Unit Management and other business stakeholders, Intelligent Automation representatives, and IT representatives to ensure optimal solutions for business process re-engineering.Identify and analyse opportunities across Vehicle Asset Finance for improvement and automation opportunities.Identify, design, build and configure creative robotic solutions to meet the cost and efficiency goals of the business.Modify manual business processes into streamlined and automated processes by utilising RPA technologies.Plan and execute all process improvement activities to ensure successful project implementation of value-adding projects.Produce creative plans and ideas to help the business remove any process pain points and use automation to improve business processes.Provide qualitative and quantitative information for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly status reports on all projects to ensure visibility and value add to the business.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Type of Qualification: Matric
