Key Responsibilities:Sector Research: Conduct research on target sectors to support M&A and infrastructure transactions.Documentation Preparation: Draft information memorandums and assist in preparing client presentations.Valuations: Compile and analyze key financial data for valuation purposes.Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support transaction analysis, under supervision.Presentation Support: Assist in developing and preparing materials for client presentations, including management presentations, board materials, and other transaction-related documentation.Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Business Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (required).Postgraduate qualification in a related field (preferred).Experience:1-2 years of experience in infrastructure advisory or M&A advisory.Proven experience in interpreting financial statements, calculating financial ratios, and building financial models.1-2 years experience drafting client-facing documents, including presentations, memoranda, and board materials.Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry codes of practice.Behavioural Competencies:Results-oriented, with a proactive and goal-driven approach.Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.Strong research and analytical skills.Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Willingness to travel when required.This role is ideal for a candidate seeking to build a career in M&A and infrastructure advisory, offering hands-on exposure to high-impact transactions in a dynamic environment.
